Parker SensoControl Converter Box
Parker enhanced monitoring and control of hydraulic systems with the SensoControl converter box for service master connect

Parke announced the launch of the SensoControl Converter Box, an addition to the Parker Service Master Connect platform specifically designed to enhance hydraulic measurements. This device streamlines the integration of various hydraulic sensor technologies, providing users with improved monitoring capabilities and simplified configuration processes.
To check hydraulic systems Parker provides its SensoControl
The Parker Service Master Connect is a measuring device that enables users to monitor and analyse hydraulic system performance in real time. It supports a wide range of hydraulic sensor inputs, offering valuable insights into operational efficiency, pressure levels, flow rates, and fluid conditions. This capability helps users diagnose issues quickly and optimize their hydraulic systems. It’s an extension of the Parker Service Master Connect. The ultimate aim is to reduce downtime.
“The SensoControl Converter Box is a game-changer for our Parker Service Master Connect users in the hydraulic sector,” said Konstantin Reichtner, Product Manager – SensoControl, High Pressure Division Europe. “It simplifies the integration of diverse hydraulic sensor technologies, making monitoring systems more efficient and user-friendly.”
It connects via Plug & Play to the CAN input, allowing users to increase the number of external sensors with current/voltage output as well as digital inputs. The Parker Service Master Connect can handle up to four Converter Boxes simultaneously, enabling the connection of up to 20 external current/voltage sensors or the ability to switch up to 34 digital IN/OUT inputs. This scalability enhances the monitoring and control capabilities for complex hydraulic systems.
Three versions
The SensoControl Converter Box is available in three versions: AUX-I, AUX-U, and AUX-DI, each tailored to different signal types, ensuring flexibility in all hydraulic measurements. The first version includes AUX-I for 4x external sensors with a scalable output signal between -20mA and +20mA, the second version includes AUX-U for 4x external sensors with a scalable output signal between -30V and +30V, and the third version includes AUX-DI for 8x digital IN channels to control switching states at 3.3V.
The device suits monitoring complex hydraulic systems and applications that utilize different sensor technologies, with an enhanced ability to manage and interpret data from a variety of hydraulic sources when used with the Parker Service Master Connect. Configuration is effortless, as input settings are saved between the Converter Box and the Parker Service Master Connect.
