Emissions Analytics has chosen “Non-road Powertrain & Fuels Europe 2025” as the title for its upcoming event in Munich, Germany, scheduled for October 7th and 8th at the Marriott.

Following the US edition held in Chicago this past May, the European audience will receive the same lineup of speeches that explore the massive decarbonization target downstream of combustion processes.

While the primary focus of the transition often centers on the either/or choice between internal combustion engines and battery-electric systems (with the question of hydrogen looming), Emissions Analytics will focus the spotlight primarily on aftertreatment systems and fuels for non road powertrain.

The Powertrain is The Essential Link for On-Road and Non-Road

Of course, coming from us here at POWERTRAIN magazine, that might sound biased. But it’s essential to steer the focus not just toward the simple heart of a propulsion system, but rather on the entire driveline and its related technologies.

The program is built upon four pillars: Regulatory update, combustion powertrains, alternative fuels, and electrification.

Now is not the time for previews; we’ll tell you all about it at the end of the two-day meeting. For now, sticking specifically to aftertreatment, we’ll highlight the presentations from:

  • Johnson Matthey (A technology-open approach towards NRMM decarbonization)
  • Dinex Group (Design study in exhaust ATS for HD off-road Diesel application to reach Tier 5/Stage VI emission regulations)
  • Proventia (Engineering the Future of Low Emissions Machinery: High-Performance ETAs for ICE and Hybrids for a Sustainable Shift)”
