AS Labruna Celebrates a Stellar 2025 Award Season
As 2025 winds down for AS Labruna, the year is defined by an incredible array of accolades and the interaction between innovation and sustainability
Today, December 15, 2025, AS Labruna celebrates its 54th birthday, just four days after receiving the prestigious Industria Felix Award. This is simply the latest in a series of accolades that have defined AS’s remarkable year.
The company has been recognized with the “Top ESG for Innovation” award, the title of “Business Ambassador”, a Special Mention at the VOLTAB DAME Awards in the Electronic & Electrical Systems category, and the Money Awards.
Innovation and sustainability are the connecting thread linking all the awards received throughout the year—the core strategic directions that AS has pursued as opportunities for business growth.
AS Labruna’s 2025 in the Words of Massimo Labruna
These efforts are reflected in the words of CEO Massimo Labruna: “Our dedication to the convergence of innovation and sustainability has become visceral. It’s no longer skin-deep; it’s in our blood,” Labruna pointed out. This is when a mission, in short, becomes a daily practice. “We adopt a vision of sustainability that goes beyond simple environmental impact advocating for a holistic interpretation, one that invests in the local area and the entire work ecosystem. We are about to obtain gender equality certification and are working on the publication of our first sustainability report. On the AS Labruna website, you can find our common purpose statement: since December 29, 2022, we have officially become a benefit corporation.”
A growth, we might add, that is not only measured by experimentation and electrification projects, but one that embraces a very wide spectrum of industrial applications, with a prevalence of machines for construction and off-road use, followed by solutions for the marine world.

The Momentum Began in Venice
It could be said that AS Labruna’s award-winning 2025 took flight with the triumph in the E-Regatta, which coincided with the Venice Boat Show. The win of the full-electric boat was not the only success in the shadow of St. Mark’s Campanile. The company also secured the “Venice Award for the Sea” in the Technological Innovations category.
The subsequent “Top ESG for Innovation” award can be traced back to investments in clean technologies, transparent governance policies, social inclusion projects, and continuous training. These reasons are almost identical to those that legitimized the title of “Business Ambassador“.
A strong international resonance definitely comes from Amsterdam, for the Special Mention at the DAME Design Awards 2025, in the Electronic & Electrical Systems category—a merit of the VOLTAB system developed by Reefilla in collaboration with AS Labruna’s E-Vision division.
Finally, we return to the Industria Felix award, reserved for companies that have distinguished themselves through results, innovation, and sustainability.
The two themes repeat: innovation and sustainability. They are the functional, ethical, and engineering infrastructure of AS Labruna in 2025 and, we are certain, for the years to come.
