Dellorto to acquire Arca tecnologie

With the acquisition of 53% of Arca Tecnologie Dellorto has taken a further step forward. Essentially, it is a pivotal piece in the panel of skills required by the market. As explained by the parent company itself, the Arca acquisition is a strategic operation that aims to further strengthen Dellorto ‘s corporate know-how, creating a virtuous synergy between those who design, those who manufacture and those who promote applied research. Arca Tecnologie has in fact been operating for over 20 years in Imola, within the Motor Valley of Emilia Romagna, in both the automotive and industrial segments. A strategic step to complete the growth path in power electronics and to bring hardware and software development skills to the same level as the mechatronic and mechanical ones.
