Lhyfe announces the signing of a major contract with INOCEL covering the supply of up to 140 tonnes of green hydrogen over a period of four years for the test benches of high-power fuel cells manufactured by INOCEL.

The hydrogen-generation system set to power bp’s Lingen project will consist of 20 PEM HyLYZER — 1000 electrolyzer units — the largest electrolyzer system assembled by Accelera to date — and is being manufactured in Accelera’s new electrolyzer plant in Guadalajara, Spain.

This site, which will be able to produce and deliver up to two tonnes of green and renewable hydrogen per day, is one of five Lhyfe sites in operation or under construction in France. Civil engineering work is nearing completion, with commissioning scheduled for 2026.
