MAN Truck & Bus announced some important changes and integrations in the company’s top management. First of all, the Supervisory Board of MAN Truck & Bus SE has extended Inka Koljonen’s contract as Executive Board member for Finance, IT and Legal Affairs for a further five years until 2030, effective February 1, 2025.

A Finnish citizen, Inka Koljonen has been Executive Board member for Finance, IT and Legal at MAN Truck & Bus SE since February 2022. Prior to this, she worked at commercial vehicle supplier SAF-Holland, where her responsibilities on the Executive Board included Accounting & Controlling, Financing & Treasury, IT and Legal.

CEO Alexander Vlaskamp about the former (and new) MAN CFO Koljonen

Her immediate action program at the beginning of the war in Ukraine played a key role in significantly minimizing the economic damage caused by the six-week production stop for our trucks. She is providing important impetus both in the ongoing transformation of MAN and with her cash initiative, among others. I would like to thank her and her team for their achievements to date and look forward to working with her in the future”, commented MAN CEO, Alexander Vlaskamp.

Furthermore, Hubert Altschäffl (image above) will be the new Chief Human Resources Officer of MAN Truck & Bus. Effective April 1, 2024, he will assume responsibility for the human resources department as a member of the Executive Board and labor director. Altschäffl will succeed Arne Puls, who will, at the same time, assume the position of General Representative and, subject to the approval of the supervisory authorities, will become the Chief Human Resources Officer of Volkswagen Financial Services AG.

I look forward to Hubert Altschäffl’s return to MAN. He is a longtime connoisseur of the company MAN, who has also worked in our Traton Group holding company. Hubert Altschäffl will help us structurally and personally accompany the transformation towards a provider of sustainable transport solutions”, added Alexander Vlaskamp.
