With a history spanning nearly a century and an identity that has become increasingly global over the last thirty years, the Carraro Group shared its story with us. The company, a leader in transmission solutions, axles, and specialized tractors, employs more than 4,000 people worldwide, from Asia to South America.

CEO Andrea Conchetto and the management team outlined an ecosystem that begins with gear production in Friuli, moves to axles and transmissions in Campodarsego, and culminates with tractor applications in Rovigo. Meanwhile, Massimiliano Franz, Director of Communications, highlighted the deep connection with the local area, focusing on a brand communication strategy centered on human capital and culture, expressed through open events and artistic support.
