Wärtsilä has signed a contract with Norwegian shipowner Eidesvik to supply the equipment for the conversion of an offshore platform supply vessel (PSV) to operate with ammonia fuel. Ammonia will play a significant role in enabling the shipping industry to reduce its emissions.
