Rolls-Royce arrived at Eurosatory with two aces up its sleeve to reaffirm its leadership in defense technologies: the mtu PowerPack Xelerate and an integrated hybrid propulsion system 199 Series

Rolls-Royce’s Power Systems division is expanding its mtu engine programme for military land vehicles to include a hybrid powerpack for special tactical requirements and a 10-cylinder, over 1100 kW power output, version of the mtu Series 199 which has been extremely successful with NATO forces.

Parker Hannifin will showcase over 100 years of engineering expertise in rugged and reliable solutions for military applications at Eurosatory 2024, at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre in Paris, France from 17th to 21st June 2024.

Mtu engines from Rolls-Royce deliver the power for the innovative modular "Boxer tracked" vehicle concept that Krauss-Maffei Wegmann (KMW) presented at the Eurosatory defence technology trade fair (13 to 17 June 2022 in Paris).
