Sima will start the 24th of February 2019 and it will last until the 28th and as of the end of October, official data report that 95% of the surface dedicated to the exposition has already been booked.

1770 exhibitors from 42 different countries are expected to participate, together with 230,000 visitors from 135 countries and 360 international delegations.

International exhibitors registered an increase of +12.5% compared to 2017 and some names are coming back after missing for numerous editions: Poclain Hydraulics from France, Gkn Walterscheid from Germany and Basak Traktor from Turkey.

The right place for agriculture diversity

Sima is trying more and more to focus on gathering together the diversities of the agricultural context, making it possible through the promotion of events such as: “Sima African summit”, an international convention dedicated to a developing market such as the african one; “Sima Dealer’s Day”, that gathers dealers from all over the world; “Tavole rotonde internazionali” (literally, “International round tables”), dedicated to the big challanges of the agricultural world (agronomy, biological agriculture, …); “Start-up villages”, place of inspiration based on new digital solutions and “Simagena”, the european appointment for bovine genetics.

Sima wants to pull the world together

For the edition of this year, the organizers of the event intensified their efforts to expand the global network that currently counts 47 offices around the world, and to attract people from over 90 countries, mainly focusing on East Europe and Latin America.
