Carraro India is Mahindra Construction Equipment’s Business Partner of the Year. An award that recognizes the Group’s performance and ability to consolidate a relationship of trust.

The business relationship between Carraro and Mahindra (an Indian company now worth more than $21 billion) began around 2010 in the area of construction equipment with an initial supply of rear axles for backhoe loaders. This relationship has gradually strengthened until Carraro has become the partner of reference for the entire driveline for this application.

Over the years, the two companies have worked side by side to develop technological solutions particularly suited to niche markets, with the common goal of creating value for the end user by bringing together their respective expertise. Thus, also thanks to the reliability of Carraro solutions, Mahindra has been able to establish itself in both the Indian and African markets.

Precisely in the frame of this special relationship, the Indian company invited the top management of Carraro India, in the persons of Managing Director Balaji Gopalan and of the Head Sales and Marketing Ashok Kumar Rai, to participate in an important event during which Carraro India was assigned the prestigious award of Business Partner of the Year.
