General Manager Paolo De Col illustrated how the company serves as the driving force behind the production of axle and transmission gears for the entire brand. SIAP has diversified its presence from the agricultural sector to earthmoving equipment and trucks, thanks to the use of advanced technologies and automation managed by CNC operators. These technologies allow the human workload to be optimized while maintaining high quality standards, enabling organic growth that has doubled the workforce to approximately 600 employees.
Attention then shifted to market prospects, sustainability, and new product applications. SIAP Head of Gears & Automotive Sales Luca Cadelli explained the importance of acting as a strategic partner for major OEM manufacturers, ensuring flexibility in the face of geopolitical and economic turbulence. Furthermore, the company is tackling the transition toward electrification by offering gears with superior quality tolerances for electric vehicles.
