Deutz announced the winners of the first “Deutz Greenfield Award” at the renowned congress #neuland in Aachen. The award, which is aimed at students and young researchers, honours outstanding academic work on sustainable powertrain solutions in the off-highway sector.

Deutz has successfully placed around 12.6 million new shares with institutional investors. The net issue proceeds from today’s capital increase give the Company the flexibility to invest further in growth by acquisition.

As the beginning of a long-term cooperation, TAFE Motors will manufacture up to 30,000 Deutz-engines in 2.2 liter and 2.9 liter under license. The aim is to augment and complement the wide range of engines made by the Group across emission standards.
