Allison Transmission Completes Acquisition of Dana Incorporated's Off-Highway Drive & Motion Systems Business

Through its collaboration with Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group (XCMG), Allison will offer a new propulsion solution for the mining industry. The first series of 225 trucks equipped with TerraTran have been delivered and are supporting mining operations in Brazil.
